Truth Is

Everyone wants the truth 

but the truth is 

very few know what truth is 

nobody wants information 

but they're quick to get in formation 

and follow the leader 

who are these leaders 

they've caused so much confusion 

now everything's an illusion 

reality is perception 

perceived through the eyes 

of those who don't realize 

the lies they tell themselves 

and some people will believe them

they're the ones who don't work anymore 

but complain about being poor

meanwhile laws are being written 

designed to control the bodies of women 

it happens every single day 

our freedoms are being taken away  

this is why things don't add up 

and why I'm mostly seen behind the scenes 

just because I have the heart for this 

doesn't mean I want any part of this
