When everything wants to go wrong
and you're feeling the urge to scream
or fighting back the urge to burst into tears
take a moment
lay your head back
and just breathe
inhale the positive
exhale the negative
when everything wants to go wrong
make sure that you're good
there are things you can't control
but don't worry about those things
otherwise they will control you
just take a moment
breathe
and know that everything will be okay
