This might seem hard to believe
but I too am losing faith in humanity
actually that's not true
the truth is that I never had faith in humanity
allow me to explain why
humanity will sell you a dream
then deliver you a nightmare
when there are so many already in darkness
humanity isn't always united
therefore not always equal
there are drops of hope
but there are also storms of disappointment 
the reason is simple
because part of humanity lives
while the other part only exists
all I want is a clear blue sky
with the sun shining as bright as my dreams 
or a starry night 
with the moon as full as the love in my heart 
but to believe in humanity is not enough anymore
and the truth is that I never had faith in humanity
I have faith in Life
so the way I see it
humanity needs to work harder to live
