This is where you find out
what you're made of
or what you're afraid of
are you more worried about failing
than you are about falling
maybe you would survive the fall
not saying you should let go
but it's an option
whereas failure isn't
unless they're one in the same
is that why you keep holding on
hanging on by a thread
to see who's the strongest
who's going to be first to snap
or perhaps you're buying your time
until someone comes along 
and puts you out of your misery
with one swipe of a blade 
that's when you'll realize
you just couldn't cut it

Si estás pensando en el año pasado

no te preocupes por lo que se dijo

lo que importa es lo que haces ahorita

porque todos tenemos esta fórmula

una fórmula que hace que seamos

o a quién queremos ser

y no hemos terminado de escribirla

estamos aprendiendo sobre la marcha

no importa lo que dicen tus amigos

o lo que tu familia piensa de ti

especialmente si solo quieren criticar todo

porque la gente va y viene

qué pasa si eres la cura

la cura que este mundo necesita

más fuerte que cualquier otra combinación

como el amor en su forma más pura
y el único obstáculo es tu mejor amigo
estarías dispuesto a hacer el último sacrificio

una fórmula puede ser complicada para algunos

pero no tienes que simplificarla para nadie
solo aprende cómo funciona primero

y entenderás cómo expresarte mejor
